Men's Tennis Season-Opening Match Postponed

SAVANNAH, Ga. - The No. 1-ranked Armstrong Atlantic State men's tennis team will have to wait one more day to open up the 2010 season as Friday's scheduled match with Florida Southern has been postponed.

A 100% chance of rain on Friday in the Coastal Empire area forced the postponement - the two teams will meet at a later date that has yet to be determined.

The Pirates will now open the 2010 dual match season on Saturday, February 6, with a Noon match at Peach Belt Conference foe Georgia Southwestern.
